The test point mode doesn't work

I bought a 3-day license to unlock the test point mode for my old P Smart phone. But I wasted two days trying different ways, and it is still not working. Everything was followed to the instructions that the window would be frozen when looking for devices by ports. I had to kill the process.

I am very tired of trying 2 days. The time license is going to expire and did nothing to me. Please approve and process my refund.

The time license is not refundable, please send a screenshot of your phone visible in testpoint mode in the device manager so that we can extend your time license out of goodwill for you to continue this work. Kepp in mind that as warned in tutorials, software testpoint is just an alternative and should never be counted on to work 100% in which case hardware testpoint must be used.
