I have paid but no response

I have paid and than i get the following message

"Failed to get order status

Please check your email for your order details. If no such mail has reached you, please contact support.

Order ID: 12***73"

what should i do?

If you've paid using Bank transfer as a payment method then it is not an instant transaction and it may take from several hours to several work days. After payment is received you'll get an email letter with your log in details.
