  • Request for credit refund

My most recent use of credits was for repair of MR6500 (IMEI ending in 3624) that did not work due to Netgear’s firmware update (NTGX65 12.01.16.00). This was a while ago before this firmware was a known issue (I had successfully repaired another MR6500 with NTGX65 v10).

So I ask for a refund of those most recent credits to Account: hyseas10 so that I may next repair a MR5200, which I understand has no such firmware issues. Thank you.

Sorry, but I do not know about possible fixes implementation or dates when they could be released.
