I bought 4 credits to unlock a Huawei P10 Plus that is on the compatibility list but this show the message "phone cannot be serviced with DC Unlocker"

Yes, as you can see on the purchase page only devices lower than android 7 can be serviced on DC-unlocker. Higher versions will require a timed license and HCU. A refund request was forwarded and will be completed later in the day.
