    Refund for IMEI repair failed.

    Hello, I have an mr6110 that I attempted to repair the IMEI without success I believe due to a newer firmware being on the hotspot. Could I receive a refund due to failed IMEI repair?

    If the firmware is not excluded in the tutorial and supported models list then yes, otherwise we can only add credits back. In either way we will need your software user name.

      Apologies for the delayed response, this was for a Netgear mr6110 which listed that it was supporting on your documentation, however it does not work. My software username is also iwn730.

        The firmware is excluded in both tutorial https://www.dc-unlocker.com/netgear-...00-imei-repair and the supported models list where you are encouraged to check with us first. In any case credits have been restored now.
