Refund Request

Hello !
I purchased some credits for unlocking the bootloader for my old Huawei Mediapad M3 lite 10, but after installing all drivers its not detected by your software so i cant go further in the unlocking process. So i ask for a refund of my purchase cause this is the only device i would like to unlock and have no demand for the credits. Thanks in advance

Where do you see your device in device manager after installing hisuite on computer and putting device in manufacture mode for detection on software?
