If you continued with the phone restart and did FRP erase then bootloader immediately locked back. We suggest to use permanent bootloader unlock from cmd/adb with a bootloader unlock code instead as this feature is rather for advanced users with great experience in mobile and details while reading provided info of the service.

Thank you for your reply, since I didn't have any other options but only FRP erase, I had to use it, but it didn't make anything. From your post, now I understand, that the reboot just lost it
Will really appreciate if there is any chance to get a refund, since I didn't use the FRP as it mend to be?

I could not do the refund since there was no actual error in the service you have used, but I could add 4 credits to your account to use the bootloader code read service.
