I accidentally bought 15credits to pre-existing user named "paras

and I did not even realise until there was no confirmation email, where the given password would be.
I made the whole transaction with my own name and debit card and I have the receipt, so can someone please transfer the 15 credits to my actual acccount from the user named "paras"?
jus tell me what I have to provide to prove it.
