Missung Credits?

Hit there, my username is bl27657 .

I bought 10 credits via the app when I created that account.
After that I bought 10 more credits, but DCU still says I only got 10 credits.
(I've waited a while already to ensure that this is not the problem..)

What's wrong? What can be done to get DCU to see my full 20 credits?
