Refund request BAH2-W19

Hi!

Sat, 6 Apr 2024 I bought 4 credits to be able to unlock my BAH2-W19, however the phone is not detected in ADB mode? It is detected in fastboot mode, but then it says it requires 15 credits.

I'm beginning to think this tablet is not supported to get the boot unlock codes from, is that correct?

I'm humbly asking for a refund of my 4 credits if possible?

The device is supported https://hcu-client.com/supported-models.php Not being able to detect a device on software troubleshooting should start on the computer's device manager window to make sure it is installed properly first, meaning it is visible under the ports section and has no "!" or "?" marks while in manufacture mode (provided it on Android 7 or lower). A refund request has been forwarded and will be completed later in the day.
