Hi All,

I bought 4 credits to read bootloader code of a Huawei Phone in 2020 (When I am opening this account).
I did not use my credits cause at this time the chipset of the phone blocked the bootloader reading.

Today I bought a new Huawei Phone.
Would like to proceed the same demarch.

Have I yet my unused credits ?

Hello, if credits were not used it means they remain in your account, log in on the software with your account to see the status/balance of the credits.

I can't connect to the server on DC-Unlocker software with the login/password I had at this time (???).
I have a connection timeout message (screen copy below).

Is there any modem/router connected to the PC that you want to service during the time you are trying to log in?
