Buy HCU activation for infinity dongle by server, in server succes but not activate

Indeed this dongle does not have HCU activation. Have you checked with the seller from where you purchased it?

in my dongle history there is a "add dongle" but status error
is thats credit refunded to seller "web server activation" or not ?
because "web server activation" say's its was success.

Dongle was added successfully, if it hadn't been added you would not have been able to log into DC-unlocker software with it. The dongle however isn't activated for any features.
