I tried unlock my Huawei y6 2018, but in fastboot mode says it requires 15 credits.
Can I get my 4 credits refunded if possible?

The refund request has been forwarded and should be completed later in the day. There is no bootloader unlock for it in Fastboot at all. You can only read bootloader code for it in manufacturer mode according to tutorials, which indeed costs 4 credits.
