    Good afternoon,

    I was misled by support (through live chat) and bought a 72h license for all features in your software.

    I've been trying it and failing to use all methods provided, and I'd like to ask for a refund, because I can't use the services.

    My account is mathfsilva.

    My phone is a Huawei Honor 9 Lite (LLD-L21).

    Please, I hope we can reach an understanding.

    After reviewing the conversation with support it doesn't seem that you were misled but rather ignored the warnings. In any case, the refund for the credits was completed as it should be, sadly time license refunds work only if the account wasn't used at all - wasn't logged in after the time the license was purchased.

      Good afternoon,

      I was misled by support (through live chat) and bought a 72h license for all features in your software. I was told my phone would be unlockable using HC1.

      I asked about the warnings I've been told I've ignored - I didn't ignore them, I believed live chat support.

      I've been trying it and failing to use all methods provided because I can't use the services the way I was told I could. That's why I've logged into my account. I have not unlocked any phone or successfully used any of the provided services. Hence, I'd like to ask for a refund of my limited-time license.
