  • Refund request: I can't change oeminfo

    I bought 72h timed licence (DC-Phoenix & HCU Client) and tried to change oeminfo, but DC-Phoenix said "error writing bootloader", it also said fastboot device not found.

    I already installed testpoint driver (HUAWEI USB COM1.0), also installed HiSuite so driver has no issue, and I tried to change USB cable but same result.

    I can't do anything with this software, so please refund.

    Time license is not a refundable item sadly, regardless of the outcome of your attempt. Do you want to change Country/Vendor/Model?

        Use HCU for it, may see this guide here for the process example https://hcu-client.com/huawei-repair-via-testpoint/ just in your case you will need to edit model/country/vendor fields.
