I bought 29 credits to unlock a MR6110 firmware NTGX65_12.01.16.01, I would like instructions to redo the process in case sometime can be done to repair the emei, or a refund in case is not possible.

As stated in the tutorials and supported models list you need to contact us before any purchase regarding this device's support as not all versions of it are serviceable. If firmware is not support as in your case, then sadly there is no solution or work around other than firmware downgrade if there is such an option for this device (we do not have this information).
