I am trying use the Edit band list on a Netgear MR6500 and the credit information says that's free under the public account and the username: freeunlock password: unlimited does not work. do i need to pay for this or am I using the wrong account and password?

Sorry, but the public account is no longer available. One must have an account with credits. But before purchase please let us know the firmware of your device from detection info, some of the are not supported for services.
