    DC Phoenix Hangs

    Hi,

    Got a 3 day license for DC phoenix, but whenever I click update it hangs searching for devices.
    I read somewhere it might be due to Windows 11, I'd like to try it on an older PC that I have but it says it's already registered to another PC.

    Can you help please?

    PC lock has been removed now. Make sure on your computer in the device manager device's ports appear, and are correctly installed - meaning no "!" or "?" signs next to ports that belong to it.
