I was wondering if a refund is possible.

I was not able to unlock my bootloader or read bootloader code. I have attached the logs. I have a Huawei P Smart 2021 and it sadly did not work.

my software username is Peaceful. I paid with my debit card.

I have attached screenshots of what options I chose when I made the purchase.
