Refund in the account

I have purchased 14 credits to unlock my Huawei E3372h-153. I have tried several times unsuccessfully (not sure why it took me 4 credits anyway), but I was unable to fix it. I have 10 credits left in the account, could you please refund these to me as obviously I do not need them as the software does not seems to work on my device although is in the list with supported models. is this some kind of joke? until I paid 16 pounds for three days plus 10 pounds of credit everything was supposed to work. I need a bootloader code honor 200, it detected the phone and requested payment. after spending 26 pounds only the information that it supports up to android 8 and my phone is not supported. this is a scam I will ask for a refund immediately

Part of the credits were purchased via the Android app, we will need the Order ID of that purchase from you to check for a refund. 4 Credits bought from us were refunded.

Where did you see that your phone is supported, to begin with? Time license is not a refundable item sadly, to refund 10 credit purchase provide Order ID
