Asking for Refund

I tried to unlock my NETGEAR MR6110 modem using DC-Unlocker. I had 10 credits to use, but after attempting the unlock, I got an error message

"AT command error

Error code 37"
and found that my credits were gone. The modem is still locked. I've included the complete log file for your reference. Please let me know what I can do.
