My username is unlock202409. I have bough 15 credits to pass the pin at startup on a Huawei Mate 10 Pro (BLA-L29), but the only option is FRP and Temp Fast Unlock.
I pressed on that and I canceled the operation from the start, as factory reset is available on the phone by default without using this tool.
Please refund my money for the 15 credits I have bought or restore the credits if it is possible to unlock the PIN for it. For the second option please tell me what are the steps to unlock the pin at startup.

Since you did a temp bootloader unlock credits/money can not be returned any longer. We do not have any pin removal service as you can see from our service list for this model.
