change credits for a license

Hello. Can I exchange 19 credits for a "72-hour license for unlimited use of all features + DC Phoenix" license? The fact is that I misunderstood the manual for my Honor Note 10 phone and bought 4 credits in the hope of unlocking the bootloader. And since Android version 9.1 is installed on it, this cannot be done using DC-unlocker.
It would be possible to add another 15 credits and get a license. Or do I need to refund the money and buy a license from a reseller?

Yes, it would be possible if there were 19 credits in the account and they were purchased from us directly.

Did I understand correctly? the current 4 credits were not bought by me directly, and therefore nothing can be done with them? neither add and exchange nor issue a refund?

Correct, if purchases/credits were from a reseller - not us directly then we can not convert/refund them.
