Indeed it is not, it is written so in all of the guides for it and even in the supported models list, not sure why purchased it to begin with. Refund has been completed.

You need to flash it with 21.301.03.00.00 firmware on Hisilicon flasher: https://forum.dc-unlocker.com/forum/...irmware-writer with current account it can be done for free.
