Hello, a few hours ago I purchased a license:
Item: DC-Phoenix + HCU timed license (new user)

Paid with: Paddle

I might be doing something wrong, but my phone seems incompatible with all the proposed methods. It appears impossible to use it and disable this lock, which leads me to believe I made a wrong purchase. I kindly request a refund. I am available to provide any additional details if needed. Sadly but time license is not a refundable item once it has been logged in with it. What lock you are trying to remove from your phone?

But how, what’s the point? I expect to receive assistance within 3 days to fix my phone. I’m trying to unlock the bootloader of my Honor View 10 BKL-L09 with a HiSilicon KIRIN970. Can you at least provide assistance to solve this? The smartphone runs EMUI 10 with an Android 10 build. Please help me, otherwise, I believe a refund would be more than appropriate. If it is on Android 10 you need to open the device and short-circuit it's testpoint first. Only then proceed to HCU tool and read bootloader code on it: https://hcu-client.com/huawei-bootlo...via-testpoint/

There is an image for testpoint location on DC-phoenix software, they are also available online on the internet. After short-circuiting it, the device will appear in the device manager under ports, you will need to install it as explained in the guide.

After all the effort, I finally managed to unlock my Honor View 10. Thank you for your support! Before the license expires and everything, if I may ask, can you help me with the issue of disk partitions to install an alternative OS on the device? I just can't seem to figure out how to delete anything from the device's memory and install a custom ROM. Thank you in advance for your help and support, and for what you've already done.

Sadly we do not have any information regarding custom OS installations or such types of modifications, but someone on XDA forums may be able to assist with it.
