Good day to you,

im facing this issue with HCU after formating on win 11, tried disabling everything on anti-virus section at my pc but to no avail. Before formating from windows 10 to windows 11 it was working fine, but now its not even working. The other software like DCPhoenix is working good but when i tried to sign in on it, it didnt let me and said "Software locked to other PC". over all this i created 2 account today to be able to unlock FRP & BL on my Huawei matepad 11.5 (2023) device. I'm in a hurry to unlock it before tomorrow please assist me.

i fixed the error by installing windows 10, but im still facing the issue that my account is blocked to other pc when i payed for it using mobile payment
