Refund request - January 14 - 2025

Hello,

I would like to request refund as code provided didn't work with the device. Tried twice and now I'm left with only 8 attempts. I'd be happy also to see if there's a way to unlock it and if that's possible no refund is needed.

Refunds for generated codes are not available unless you provide video footage of the entry fail withthe device's IMEI visible in it.
