I purchased DC Unlocker credits in the shop and received activation credentials via E-Mail, but cannot log in:

Order/Receipt: #70383910
Username: xxxxx
Password copied/pasted directly from activation email (no typing errors possible)
Followed exact login steps: Server → Login Options → entered username/password → clicked "Check Login"
Error message: "Wrong username or password"
