It's impossible to use the program to fix my device. Please request a refund for the temporarily purchased license. March 22, 2025
DC-Phoenix + HCU Timed Software License for JAVCM Account (Quantity: 1)
As you can see, I haven't been able to use any of the program's features, as it doesn't work for my ALP-L09.
Previously, I had purchased some credits to unlock the bootloader, but I wasn't able to unlock it. I did generate a code by spending those credits. So far, so good. But this Saturday, I decided to purchase the license, and it's been a terrible experience. I feel like I wasted money on a service I couldn't update. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Sadly, a time license is not a refundable item. May we know what went wrong in your process, and which guide(s) you've followed from a tutorial page on the HCU website?

I've followed this clearly, none of the firmware works. Anything you pay for that doesn't work or hasn't been used must be refunded, otherwise it's a scam.
