Question about Vygis Activation

My friend have 20 ONDA MSA405 modems to unlock.
He have Vygis and he is thinking to buy DC Unlocker activation.
He want to know about lite ativation: he can buy only the lite activation and unlock 20 ONDA MSA405 or he need to buy the lite activation and some credit do do it?

Onda modem unlock is free if have dc-unlocker activation. He can buy lite activation and no do not need to buy credits for these modems.
