Access Denied in Dc-Unlocker software

Hi Guyz,

i got an access denied message everytime i check login in server tab. eventhough i put my dongle in, i still get an access denied message. the dongle is still working in other computers. what cause dc-unlocker can't detect the user/passw? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thx.

Could you write your username or dongle serial number? I would check.
