How many credits needed?

I am confused. I am trying to unlock aan Option Icon 431 dongle.
The credits needed table indicates that needs 1 credit - so I put 1 credit on my account and when trying to unlock the dongle with the DC-unlocker client, I get a message back indicating insufficent credits for this operation. How many credits do I need? Is the list on the we3bsite incorrect?
Apologis for my confusion but help will be appreciated. Regards, Steve

Now Sorted

I worked it out now that I needed 10 credits and I am now sorted. Mention of dongle was confusing me.
