Lost 8 Credits

Hi, I bought 15 credits, tried to unlock and it failed, and still left 15 credits on my account...

I then unlocked another modem, which used some credits, and it left about 8 credits.

Logged in to my account today to top up the missing credits to get it to 15 again, but my balance shows 0 credits left...

Where have the credits gone?

You should contact reseller you bought credits from. I see that credits were taken.
