Hi there. I haven't used Dc-Unlocker in the last 12 months. When I went to use it now I forgot my password. So I requested a password but it didn't accept my email address. I then put in my old email address and it said it sent the password off there. The problem is that my old email address was hosted on 2ip.com and they bit the dirt some months back and I lost everything. So I have no way to access that account. Have I lost my password for good then?

It was online for sure. Working hours from 11 to 19 gmt+2. Even later also online. It is online now.Comment

I wonder if I am looking in the wrong place.
I go to "Contacts" on the home page, upper right hand corner. I click it.
In the middle of the page an option comes up that says Live Support. The icon says, "Need Help? Leave a message. Chat offline." I click there and I am taken to this page....http://www.dc-unlocker.com/forum/index.php
