Hello, I just bought 10 credits for me to unlock my phone Huawei 7510 , but when I want to log me in, it say access denied. User name Alexutzu2310 what can be done?

There was block, because wrong username and password was entered to many times. Now unblocked.
But, your payment is refunded because you used unverified paypal account. Our system accept only payments from verified accounts. Verify the account at paypal and then there will be no refund.
