Missing Credits

I have downloaded the dc-unlocker to unlock a Huawei E5830 but have been having problems with the credit system. I originally tried to load 4 credits into my account because according the the prices page, this is what it costs to get an unlock code for that device and I was confident of being able to enter the code without the need for dc-unlocker.

My first problem arose when trying to load the 4 credits. I tried 3 times with my paypal account until I realised I needed a verified account. So I switched to my Dad's paypal account and got the 4 credits on there. I couldn't find a way to just generate the code so I decided I would have to up my credits to 15 (maybe 19, 4 for the code and 15 to unlock, it was un clear. It would be helpful if the software told you how many credits you need). When trying to load more credits on, paypal thought there might be some fraud going on so limited my Dad's paypal acount, meaning I could now not load any more credits. I thought this might be due to the number of credits I was trying to load (15) so I tried jsut adding another 4 and that seemed to work but paypal wouldn't let me load any more then that. So now my account balance was up to 8.

I then decided to try my Mum's paypal account becuase I am in urgent need of this device being unlocked. I tried loading 7 credits on using her account (for a total of 15) without realising that her account was unverified. DC-Unlocker rejected the payment and then deducted 7 credits from my total so I was now down to 1. This means it has now accepted 8 Euros from for 1 credit.

I then decided to give it one last try with my girlfriends Paypal acount which I checked before hand is verified. This time I decided to load 18 credits (for a total of 19) just incase I did indeed need 4 for the code and 15 to actually unlock it. The payment worked (from paypal's end) and I got the email saying the account had been blocked (which I clicked on the link) but still my account remains at 1 credit. To date, DC-Unlocker has taken 26 Euro for 1 credit.

All I want to do is unlcok my device so I can use another sim. Can someone help me here please? My username is the same as my forum name.

For this modem unlock code can not be generated, it needs unlock. As you see from price list, unlock needs 15 credits.
Dc-unlocker did not take 26 euros. The situation is like this:
First of payment was refunded (sent back to you) becasue you used unverified account. Our system accept only payment from verified accounts.
2 second payments in 4 euros went ok.
Second payment after these 2 payments (for 7 credits) was refunded also, because also unverified account used.
There was mistake in our system and sytem took 7 credits that you had. Now credits are added back.
Last payment is pending. We do not have this payment yet and credits are not added. Credits will be added after we receive the payment.

Thanks for replacing those credits Vincentas. I have checked that pending payment and unfortunately as soon as I tried to send you the 18 Euros the account access was limited by Paypal and the payment suspended in the pending mode. I will now need to re-verify the account for the payment to proceed.

I suspect this is because of all the refunds you issue due to your need for verified accounts. I have used the Paypal API previously and have a vauge recollection of their being an option to enforce the use of verified accounts before the payment is sent (and not after). I think if you could use this instead of issuing refunds then things may work a lot smoother.

In the mean time I will try and find a way to load the 7 more credits I need.
