Pantech umw190vm

Hello Everyone, I'm new here and had a question... I downloaded DC unlocker, it detected my modem (PANTECH 190) but when I went to unlock it, it gave me "error code 63" no user name or password. Is the user name and password the one I used to register for this site? I used it (under server) but it says it's incorrect.

Looks like it will work if I can just figure out what username and password it's looking for.

Any suggestions?
