Money refunded

I just made an account for my company "stellamaris" but used my own credit card in my name "Scott Cook" to purchase some credits.

However immediately after I made the payment, a refund was issued to me stating that "Sorry only verified accounts allowed"

Would this be the reason? If so I am assuming I need to register an account with DC-Unlocker with the same username as my paypal account?

No, do not need to registerr same username. You need to verify your paypal account at paypal.
