Sorry read the sticky but never received the unblock link via email.
When I try use DC-unlocker with the username and password I got on the website it says account blocked.

My user name is mickmax69.
Please help!

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.
If it is not there, then contact us by live chat from our web page. Will try to unblock it manually.

As I said above, I received no email from dc-unlocker, neither inbox nor spam/junk folder. I do not have access to MSN so cannot access live support. I did send an email to your gmail account though. I have confirmed the payment went through on paypal.

Please unlock my account, I needed to use it yesterday already.
