    Hi

    I bought 15 credits todayto unlock my Huawei E5830 modem. But when I checked the modem using the dc unlocker software I found out that my card cannot be found. I realise I should have looked up the tutorial beforehand but I got a little excited!

    Can I please ask to cancel my transaction or refund? Anyway I won't be using my credits anymore.

    Refund is not a problem. But first try to check these steps:
    Check, if the drivers are installed
    Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
    Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
    Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
    These steps may help you to detect it.

      Re-try unsuccessful

      Hi there

      I tried downloading the latest version of the unlocker (1.00.00523) and installed the modem on a newly built XP SP2 Windows PC (not laptop) with the WiFi disabled and the drivers still couldn't be installed properly and the card was not found in the application, even after turning the modem off, rebooting the PC and trying again. I have taken it back to the seller and discovered the device was faulty.

      I am gutted because of this! Is it OK to have a refund still? You can see from my account (dirango) that I have not used the credits.
