password reset not working

Hi there, I purchased some credits via paypal and I failed to note down my password.
I've attempted to reset/retrieve my password via the lost-password facility but was presented with the following error: Incorect user e-mail.
I am certain I am using the correct email address but have so far been unsuccessful.
My username is crashdr, any help you could give would be most appreciated.

Could you write which e-mail you use? I would check, if you use correct e-mail. Payment is received and account is created.
