Need help getting firmware update password

Do I have to buy credit to be able to get my firmware update password? I tried using the dc unlocker software, I put in my username and password that I used to register on this forum, but it doesnt work. Can someone pls point me to an alternative way to get my firmware update password? I cant afford to buy any credit now. Thanks

Generating firmware code needs 4 credits. But if modem was unlocked by dc-unlocker you can generate it for free by using same username and password.
Username and password for forum and software are not same. To receive password for software you need to buy credits.
