I have bought credit by PayPal. Transaction is OK. I have received email with username and password.
But in email write - "Your account is temporary blocked"

To unblock your account you need to open e-mail that you use for paypal and used for payment. There check for e-mail form dc-unlocker. There will be instructions how to unblock your account.
If can not find, check in the spam folder, maybe it went there.

From PayPal I have received only one e-mail with payment acknowledgement. As usually many times before.
I do not found any instructions there.....
