old login was ibonig, my email to request PWD is not recognised.

now I registered again to ask, what happened.

second prob is :
I have a mf626 , downloaded the newest SW, but it doesnt recognise the device.
Do I have to delete the original provider SW first?

Account is not deleted. This login that you have received when you bought credits is only for dc unlocker software, not forum. It is working for software. If you can not receive a username and password, write me a PM with your username, date of purchase credits, payment method and your e-mail. If everything is correct, I will send you password.
No, do not need to delete. For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.
