credits are gone without successful unlock

Hello, I successful unlocked 2 cards so far. Today I had several Access Violations with version ..252 and updated to 261. Although I checked the server connection the error 62 occured and my credits are gone. As you see in the log the stick is still locked.

Is there a way to reactivate my credits ???
