    Help! Locked Modem

    I have a Huawei E160 Safaricom modem that I would like to unlock. I have tried to unlock it using "DC-Unlocker client" but on each attempt I keep getting the following error message-"Wrong username or password ! (error code 60)" Can someone out there please help me out of this!
