i activated via gsmunlock dc-unlocker with 50 credits .
i try to unlock a zte f102 and software is asking for a user name and password how can i obtain this
If you are using dongle, then you do not need username and password. Just need to connect dongle, start dc-unlocker software and press check login.
Also check, if no other boxe'es or dongles conencted to computer and that Vygis software is closed.
