I don't know why every time I purchased some credit my account should be blocked. I know that there should be some security measure, but can't they find a better way to do it, rather than making it extremely inconvenience for the users?

My account is blocked after I purchased 10 credits. I check my email and there's a message with the link to this site and it tells me to go to live chat to confirm, then live chat is off. What the f. is that?

I checked the underneat hyperlink and it's nothing other than a link to this home page. I thought there should be some personalized link but there is not. I have customer waiting for the unlocked aircards.

You were buying only 2 times from us and both time from different paypal accounts. These accounts were not checked by us. If you would had bought from same account, there would had been no error.
We do not block all accounts. We block only accounts from countries that have high fraud risk. If live chat is not online , you can contact us by e-mail or by other messanger.

If you will use same paypal account as last time, then you will not be blocked again.
