Help activation for vygis dongle

I have vygis dongle and I need DC activation for it with 50 credits. When I fill in my dongle ID the site says Dongle sn not found. Please HELP!!

another thing. I downloaded latest DC client. Plud in vygis dongle and I can log in. says 15 credit. I unlock icon 225 and now software says credits 0. If I provide my details can you review my account status or the whole thing caus I need DC with real activation.

Connect dongle, start dc-unlocker and press check login. After software see the dongle, web page will also see the serial number.
Could you write your dongle serial number? I would check what is wrong about the credits.
