Whats going on? I pay you for ten credits and then end up with 0 and a refund. what is wrong with your system? Why can i not purchase credits?

Your payment is refunded because you used unverified paypal account. Our system accept only payments from verified accounts. Verify the account at paypal and then there will be no refund.

I have been using my paypal account for years without needing to verify it.

When submitting for payment your system continually accepted it and even informed me that my credits had been added.

You need to re write your systems to provide accurate information with regard to payment also put this "critical" information in your FAQ.

You should also look at changing your image verification system for the forums as its not friendly to people with a touch of colour blindness.

All in all a waste of an hour of my life which included having to uninstall legitimate applications on my laptop.

I would not recommend this application or company to anyone unless you are completely desperate.

Other reseller may accept payment from unverified account also. We accept only from verified accounts for seller security of fraud payments. When payment is done for verified account, the fraud payment risk is very small.
